"Mara and her company has done such a fantastic job!!! So far her and her company has been used on four homes where she has surpassed in efficiency and professionalism in all areas. Mara Hoover, president and founder of BellaMar Concierge, was most helpful when it came time for me to take over ownership of two houses in North San Diego County. The houses had been vacant of people for some time but were full of clothes, boxes of papers, furniture, etc. Some rooms and hallways were barely negotiable due to piles of all kinds of "stuff". The garages were full of junk and the refrigerators, while still running, were full of old/rotten food. Mara and her crews were able, in a matter of two days, to clean up the mess and sort through the junk salvaging furniture and other items worth keeping. Important papers were saved and trash was thrown out. Four construction dumpsters full of trash later, the two houses were clean. Then some repairs were needed since the houses had been neglected. Carpets were replaced. Flooring tiles repaired. Ceiling and sheetrock repairs were made as well as the needed painting. Within a week the houses were 'made new again' and placed on the market to sell. Oh what an angel was Mara Hoover! I only hope others find her and can be blessed with her excellent service.
